He has consistently ranked in the top two percent in sales, averaging more than $10 million in resale sales volume annually over the past eight years. In addition to burgeoning resale business, Cordrey is a partner in the marketing efforts at Clover Meadows, a $25 million new home project located in the heart of Brighton.

In 2002, Cordrey was honored with the Outstanding Citizen of the Year Award by the Brighton Chamber of Commerce. His work in residential real estate also helped him land a seat on the Board of Directors at Almost Home, Inc., a non profit organization that helps families and individuals with housing and transitional needs.
But most of all for Todd Cordrey, its family first. His passion for spending quality time with his wife, Margo, and their three young children, Alexi, Zane and Lincoln, supersedes only his fondness of the residential real estate business and his commitment to giving back to the community in which he lives and works.
